Michael brings over 20 years of client-management experience with C-level relationships founded in marketing, client support, and account management. He has managed domestic and global client relationships with Fortune 100 companies in Financial Institution/Brokerage, Retail Consumer Good, B2B, Telecom and Technology market verticals.
Prior to rejoining Merkle, Michael spent time with IBM in their Business Analytics & Optimization (BAO) practice as well at Acxiom Corporation.
Michael holds a B.A. degree in philosophy from Kenyon College as well as an MBA with a focus on Marketing & Management from Montreat College. In addition, he has been trained in Executive Negotiation from the UPENN — Wharton School of Business.
