Olivia is a 30+-year veteran of the direct marketing and non-profit industry. Her experience includes data marketing intelligence and strategic and creative consulting as a prior direct marketing agency executive.
As Vice President, Clients Services at Wiland, Inc., one of the largest non-profit coops, Olivia oversees a team of Client Service Directors providing modeling services for several hundred non-profit organizations. She is experienced in all aspects of non-profit marketing from acquisition to renewal, mid-level giving to planned giving having developed solutions and programs for non-profits such as the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and others.
Olivia is a graduate of Brigham Young University and served as an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University for industry leaders seeking their direct marketing certification. In her free time, Olivia enjoys hiking in the Colorado Rockies and researching her genealogy.
