Roxanne identifies key clients in Merkle’s Travel, Media & Entertainment vertical and provides them with the tools and strategy to deliver real and valuable CRM and digital marketing solutions.  Once a client is identified, Roxanne assembles a team that focuses on the client’s immediate business challenge while keeping a high level view of the entire business goal knowing the end result is to have a positive financial impact and create competitive advantage for her client.  These solutions leverage the intersection of big data, analytics, and technology to build customer experiences.  Roxanne accomplishes this by bringing over 25 successful years of experience in consultative selling and using that expertise to drive results for her clients.  Having this passion for her clients’ success are proven in the long-lasting, trusted advisor and profitable relationships she shares with them.  In her 11 years at Merkle, Roxanne has worked across many vertical markets including Insurance & Financial Services and has been instrumental in building the Travel, Media & Entertainment vertical.

Roxanne has held management positions with companies such as Trans Union, Fair, Isaac, First Data Corporation and ChoicePoint Precision Marketing.  She was a Computer Science major at University of California at Riverside and has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
