Roxanne is leading Merkle’s charge to bring new value and capabilities to the world’s best brands through their new partnership and practice with AWS. Roxanne is driving a new vision and strategy for clients to radically transform their marketing and enterprise data strategies from traditional on-premises environments and transitioning them to the power of AWS’ cloud. Here, she will help clients devise transformation strategies and plans and help connect Merkle’s powerful marketing and enterprise solutions with the cost advantages, flexibility, scale and improved outcomes of AWS cloud platforms. In this vision, her enterprise clients will be able to achieve new levels of operational effectiveness, agility and profitability. Roxanne is working with AWS and Merkle clients to connect the cloud beyond the purview of IT and engage CMOs and marketing leadership in new conversations about the power of the AWS cloud.
Roxanne accomplishes this by bringing over 25 successful years of experience in serving top businesses and using that expertise to drive results for her clients. In her 16+ years at Merkle, Roxanne held several key leadership roles, most recently led our New Logo CRM Sales team. Previously she was responsible for launching and growing Merkle’s highly successful Adobe partnership and practice and brings this expertise to her new role. She has also worked across many vertical markets including Insurance & Financial Services and has been instrumental in serving the Travel, Media & Entertainment industry.
Roxanne has held management positions with companies such as Trans Union, FICO, First Data Corporation and ChoicePoint Precision Marketing. She was a Computer Science major at the University of California at Riverside and has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
