As a Strategy Lead, Shannon serves a dual role: injecting data analysis, market research, and campaign strategy development into the sales process, and ensuring cohesive, strategic client service for key client accounts. She works closely with the Agency Services Sales and Client Services Teams to reflect the value of Merkle's data-driven online marketing technology and methodology.
Shannon has been with Merkle for close to 3 years. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Content Strategy and Engagement Specialist. She also spent over a year as an SEO Specialist. In addition, Shannon has worked for a publicly traded staffing corporation as a Social Media Associate and spent 8 years in the hospitality industry.
When not at work, Shannon enjoys the great outdoors and travelling with her husband and trustful Labrador Retriever.
Shannon graduated with an MBA in 2011 and a BBS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University.
