Tom is responsible for managing Merkle’s Strategic Alliance Relationships for the Americas. Tom and his team’s primary focus is generating new opportunities for existing customers and prospects by working with each of the technology partners that enable Merkle’s customer experience management solutions. His team is also responsible for closing opportunities jointly with the Alliance Partners sales teams. The solutions we create for our clients leverage the intersection of big data, analytics, and technology to create meaningful customer experiences across marketing, sales, commerce, and service – ultimately building competitive advantage.
Tom has over 30 successful years of experience in consultative selling to drive results for his partners and clients. In his 10 years at Merkle, Tom has worked across many vertical markets, including insurance & financial services, retail, travel, media & entertainment, health, B2B and nonprofit. He also has been responsible for Merkle’s Data Solution sales.
Tom has held management positions with companies such as Trans Union, Experian Marketing Services, Protocol Marketing, and Datamyx. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Clemson University.
