Troy helps wealth management and insurance companies grow by adopting customer strategy as their business strategy. He has been with Merkle for over five years and currently leads some of its largest wealth management relationships. Troy and his teams have deployed marketing technology and implemented data-driven, integrated marketing programs that have delivered strong results for his clients.
Previously, Troy led strategy and participant/customer marketing programs for a Fortune 100 insurance and wealth management company. In this role, he developed segment and lifecycle-based engagement programs that significantly increased assets under management and new policies. Early in his career, Troy also worked in marketing with Sallie Mae and Citibank.
Troy is based in Chicago, IL and holds a BS and MBA from Northwestern University.
