Yara is a seasoned marketing expert with over 20 years of digital marketing experience. Yara heads up Merkle’s Client Success team for CRM. She is responsible for client relationships and overall satisfaction of CRM clients. She works closely with enterprise brands, across all key verticals, to develop marketing strategies and solutions that deliver measurable results for her clients.
Prior to Merkle, Yara served as SVP of Client Success at Cheetah Digital, where she managed a $200+ million P&L for North America. Yara was responsible for client relationships and overall satisfaction of 300+ clients across all key verticals, partnering with some of the world's largest brands to improve their customer relationships through data-driven strategies and marketing technology. Prior to Cheetah, Yara managed a global operations team of 350+ resources responsible for cross-channel marketing program execution as Vice President of Client Services at Experian.
