Caitlin is a marketing intelligence manager with Merkle. In this role, she delivers data, analytics (marketing insights), and strategic consulting to support retailers’ multi-channel performance marketing objectives. Caitlin first joined Merkle in the company’s campaign solutions department, supporting the definition and development of Merkle’s campaign management solution for two major brands, while managing ongoing campaign execution.
Prior to her positions at Merkle, Caitlin served in various roles with multi-channel retailers: Keurig Inc., Tweeter, and The J. Jill Group. She earned a master’s degree in Information Age Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing both from Bentley College.
