Representative accounts include AAA Life Insurance, CUNA Mutual, GEICO, Gerber Life, PURE, The Hartford and Travelers. Previously, Brett was Delivery Lead for Health and Financial Services industries, leading teams supporting AbbVie, Amgen, Dell, Humana, JP Morgan/Chase, Sanofi Aventis and Social Finance. He also led the successful deployment of Dell Global Consumer Solutions across EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining Merkle in 2009, he worked for CRM consulting companies across multiple industries overseeing implementations and account management, and CRM software product companies leading professional services teams in delivery and business adoption. Representative customers include Bank of America, Cigna Insurance, Dell, Discover Financial Services, Eddie Bauer, Johnson & Johnson, Travelers Insurance, UBS/Swiss Bank, and Williams Sonoma. Brett also led successful integration of CRM capabilities while working for Fidelity Investments and American Express.
