She is an accomplished marketing technology leader with over 19 years of agency and in-house experience and expertise guiding digital experience strategy, B2B & eCommerce website development, and driving marketing technology strategy and implementation.
Courtney helps clients navigate complex technology changes encompassing managing, leveraging and distributing data throughout and across organizations, actualizing customer strategy and experience through the technology stack, connecting the dots so clients can see success and get there faster, particularly in change initiatives involving shifts to customer-centricity.
Prior to joining Merkle, Courtney was the Director of Marketing Web and Technology at EBSCO Information Services where she managed four agile teams responsible for all website design and development, lead management, multimedia, content management, SEO, and analytics for 50+ customer-facing digital properties.
