Elicia joined Merkle in late 2018 as the Adobe Alliance lead and is focused on the the Adobe and Merkle partnership growth. In this role, Elicia is responsible for scaling the partnership footprint while helping drive the strategies and tactics required to provide best-in-class solutions and services for our joint customers.
Prior to Merkle, Elicia held various roles at Deloitte Consulting, KPMG, Epsilon, and most recently, PebblePost® (a venture-backed company based in NYC). During Elicia’s tenure at PebblePost®, she led the partnership department, and developed and deployed innovative, data-driven digital partnerships and solutions across partners such as Neustar, LiveRamp, and IHS, to name a few.
Throughout her career, Elicia has been able to pursue her entrepreneurial interests and wear many hats at once, developing go-to-market strategies, laying out the groundwork with key partners, developing solutions in concert with key product teams, and collaborating with sales to close deals and drive revenue.
