Merkle/HelloWorld named a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Service Providers, Q3 2019

 

We are proud to be named a Strong Performer in loyalty for the second time this year by Forrester Research. This time in The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Service Providers, Q3 2019, we are evaluated with thirteen other vendors who offer a portfolio of loyalty services to support strategy development, loyalty marketing, program management, analytics, and creative.

We received the highest score possible in eight criteria, including: Loyalty Program Management, Experience Design, Marketing Services, Creative Services, Privacy & Security, and Account Management.

Forrester cited “clients like Merkle/HelloWorld’s demonstrated expertise in loyalty, strong project management, and practical and proactive strategic advice. One reference explained the account teams ‘empower clients with the expertise that they have in a nimble way. . .  I have a program, but I also feel very knowledgeable.’” Furthermore, “HelloWorld’s legacy experience in game management adds deep promotions management, digital engagement, and legal capabilities to its offering.”
